To become a certified carrier for Logistix Link, the following criteria must be met:
- Active Operating Authority
- Safety Rating: A 'Satisfactory' or 'Unrated' Safety Rating from DOT
- Insurance Requirements:
- Minimum $100,000 Cargo Coverage
- Minimum $1,000,000 Auto Coverage
- Provide Docket# or DOT#: For verification of company information. Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number to commence registration.

- Read and Accept Logistix Link Carrier Agreement
